Every project starts with a conversation — first a phone call to hear about your project, then an in-home consultation to walk the space together. No sales pitch, just listening, before any design work begins.
Discovery & Design
This is the heart of the design-build process. We deeply evaluate the space alongside our trades, work through material selections, and bring in a designer or architect when the project calls for it. Scope, timeline, and budget all take shape here.
Proposal & Agreement
You receive a detailed proposal with clear scope, pricing, and timeline. Change orders only happen when we hit something the discovery phase could not have predicted — and when they do, you see the cost and the reasoning before any work continues.
Pre-Construction
You sit down with the dedicated project manager who will run your build. Materials are confirmed, schedules are locked, and permits are secured — and the person across the table stays your point of contact through the rest of the project.
Construction
Your project manager runs the job from day one to final punch list — no transient handoffs, no chasing whoever picks up the phone. Expect proactive communication, clear weekly updates, and direct access whenever you need it.
Final Walkthrough & Warranty
We walk every detail of the finished space together, address any final punch items, and document warranty coverage. Nothing closes out until the work meets the standard your home deserves.

How long does a typical project take?
It depends on scope. A bathroom remodel may take 4–6 weeks, while a whole-home renovation can run 4–6 months. We provide detailed timelines in our proposal.
Do you handle design and build?
Yes, we bring in our architect and designer partners when a project calls for it.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, we carry and maintain a Class "C" Johnson County Contractors License, and that requires us to carry all necessary insurance.
Do you pull permits on your projects?
Yes, we pull permits on all projects we complete and facilitate the inspection process.
What areas do you serve?
We serve the greater Kansas City metro area, including Overland Park, Leawood, Lenexa, Shawnee, Olathe, De Soto, Prairie Village, and Mission Hills.
How many projects do you take on at a time?
We intentionally limit our project load so that we can ensure we’re providing every client with the attention they deserve.
